What we hold, and how to have it deleted.

Short version: we keep what you send us so a person can answer it, we do not sell it, and you can have it deleted by asking.

Who holds it

Truehold Roofing is part of Heritage Capital, at 5201 Great America Parkway, Suite 320, Santa Clara, CA 95054. Anything you send through this site is held there on Truehold Roofing's behalf. We name it here rather than in the middle of a form because you are entitled to know exactly who has your details, and a checkbox is a poor place to read it.

What we hold

Only what you type: your name, the phone number or email you gave us, the property city and type, and what you told us about the roof. If you applied for a job, the application you sent and any file you attached. Nothing else, and nothing bought from anyone.

What we do with it

We read it and reply. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone marketing to you. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Having it deleted

Write to [email protected] or call (408) 475-4706 and say so. You do not need a reason, and we delete the record and any file that came with it. If you are in California, the CCPA gives you that right and others; asking us directly is the fastest route to all of them.
